A SPARK
Do you believe that a spark can grow to be a flame then a roaring fire? If you believe that then you can believe that we will love together, sometime. For in my heart there remains a spark of love it needs only for you to fan it to feed it with your love for it to grow large again like it once was, before it began to die out because of neglect. Someone forgot to keep the fire going forgot that a fire must be fed in order to keep it burning, and so it died to a spark. But still there remains a spark. Copyright 1979 |
